These terms, together with the documents referred to in them, set out the terms on which you agree to when purchasing our membership ('SewandSo Select'). Please read these terms carefully before you sign up to SewandSo Select as they will apply to you as a SewandSo Select customer. By purchasing a SewandSo Select membership, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
SewandSo Select is a subscription-based membership where customers pay an annual fee for additional benefits on our website, www.sewandso.co.uk ('Our Site'). Membership is paid annually by subscription. The price of membership is £10. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase membership unless otherwise stated. Payment will be taken on the renewal date of membership annually using the payment details originally provided unless you choose to cancel your membership (Section 3). You will be notified 15 days before membership renewal that payment will be taken. Membership cannot be purchased through PayPal. Please note that you can only buy SewandSo Select using a credit or debit card, and not with PayPal. SewandSo Select is currently only available to customers with a UK mainland address.
Members of SewandSo Select are entitled to benefits for the following full year after purchasing membership. Benefits are;
2.1. Free UK standard delivery
SewandSo Select members with a UK mainland address (excluding Highlands & Islands) will benefit from free UK standard postage on all orders over £5. Postage benefits will automatically be applied in your basket at checkout. Premium postage services such as Next Day Delivery are not included within the membership.
2.2. Double loyalty points
Members will receive 2 x the standard loyalty points offer on all transactions on our site during the period of membership. See terms of loyalty points for more information.
2.3. Free download
One free digital download will be added to members' accounts each month. Downloads can be accessed in the My Downloads section of My Account. Downloads are selected by SewandSo and cannot be exchanged for another alternative physical or digital product.
2.4. Exclusive offers
Members will receive an exclusive monthly email with offers and promotions. From time to time this may include offers from 3rd parties or on our site. SewandSo reserve the right to change the content of these offers. All offers are subject to our website Terms & Conditions. Please note: If you have opted out of receiving SewandSo marketing emails you will still receive a monthly Select Membership email. You may additionally opt out of the Select Membership email at any time through clicking the Unsubscribe link which is at the bottom of every email we send you.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel membership at any time in the My Account section of our site within the "my subscriptions" section.
Where membership is cancelled, membership benefits will continue to be active until the end of the period for which it is active and will then not renew. At the renewal point, members will cease to enjoy membership benefits.
Membership can be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of the membership start date providing no additional orders have been placed on our site within that period and that the membership gift is returned in full in unused condition.

Please note that cancelling membership in the 'my subscriptions' section of the SewandSo website does not generate a refund. Cancellation of membership will ensure it does not renew for a subsequent year. Customers must contact SewandSo by telephone to enable a refund of membership.
