Things You Can Try
Some of the password reset e-mails have been appearing in customers Junk or Spam folders. You may want to search for your password e-mail in these folders if it has not appeared in your inbox within 10 minutes of you requesting the password reset e-mail.
Finding your e-mail:
If you cannot find your e-mail you can to try searching for your password e-mail by entering the term "YOUR DETAILS" (which is the subject line of the password reset e-mail) into the search box of your e-mail service.
Resetting your password
You can change your password to something more memorable at any time. This can be done in your account details pages by clicking the link My Password
. You do need to be logged into your account to perform this password change.
Entering Your New Password
The passwords are generated automatically and are a mix of characters and character sizes. Make sure you enter your password correctly with the correct case size for each individual letter. To avoid problems try copying and pasting the password directly into the password area in your account login.
Extending the current 10% promotion
We will be extending the PASS10 promotion which gives customers 10% off their first purchase on the new SewandSo site to allow those customers who have been experiencing problems accessing their account, time to use the promotional code. The PASS10 code will now be available throughout November for customers who have not yet redeemed the code.
