Maia kits are attractively presented to open like a book, with a full colour printed picture of the design on the cover. This opens up to reveal an acetate box inside, holding the kit. This would make a very attractive gift.

The design captures the most pretty of all winter sunsets, when the cold sky is shades of lilac and yellow, and the snow on the ground and trees becomes a deep icy blue in the twilight. Sparkly Marlitt thread highlights the light falling on snow.

Stitched throughout in full cross stitch, and half cross stitches for the background, the back stitched twigs in the foreground give this design a real sense of depth.

Clear methodical instructions in 12 languages will guide you through the best way to stitch this design, and pre-sorted threads mean you can get stitching straight away!

The kit includes a Colour accented chart uses a combination of black and colour symbols to make following it a lot easier than standard black on white charts, and a separate chart shows the backstitching. Attention to detail means there’s a little accessory packet with needles and even a needle threader included!
