This collaborative design celebrates the inter-related joys that are Friendship, Hope and Love. Friendship is designed by Karen Weaver of Black Swan, Hope is designed by Jennifer Aikman-Smith of Dragon Dreams, Inc. and Love is designed by yours truly. The designs feature a wealth of specialty stitches, and accents of a bit of metallic thread, and some beads. A woven-look border unites all three designs into an eye-pleasing whole.
This is our third collaborative design. The designs were done originally as teaching pieces for a shop retreat at Myrtle Beach (put on by Sarah Haynes of The Lazy Daisy!) a couple of years ago. We did some re-working of the color schemes of the designs to make them all work together, and a border was added to tie them all together. A departure from our "Legends" designs, but the three of us enjoy designing things other than fantasy from time to time! As always, you can change colors to suit your own fancy...each of the designs can be stitched separately as well.
