Daylight's replacement to the Stitchmaster, the StitchSmart Floorstand is lightweight and more stable and practical then before. Instead of holding the frame with your hands, the StitchSmart Floorstand does it for you. With the 360° head joint, you can lift & rotate your frame at anytime. Combined with the StitchSmart Accessory Pack (sold separately), the StitchSmart provides all of the functions needed for stitching. The highly adjustable stand and accessories provide a very comfortable working environment for frequent stitching.

With its strong jaw, the stand holds your frame or hoop firmly in position. The swivel system allows you to lift and rotate the frame 360° at anytime. Quick to assemble, it is ready to use in seconds and folds away for easy storage. Practical, stable and height adjustable.

 I bought the StitchSmart floor standing frame and accessory kit last week, and I am happy to report it is wonderful! I love it. In the past I have usually held my frames and rings in one hand and sewn with the other. But I currently can't use my right hand at all as I have broken my arm. And this frame means I can work away as much as I want, and with ease. I will continue to use it once the arm is back. It is sturdy and well balanced. It turns and adjusts to get the perfect position and it flips over so easily to work on the back. The accessory pack is brilliant, the light and magnifier are just the thing. I am so impressed with the magnifier. Highly recommend. Easy to put together (with one hand), easy to adjust. Neat, unobtrusive and light to move. I've used it without and with the unassociated add-on "a helping hand" and was happy with both. With the helping hand attached it is easier to adjust the light and magnifier because the work is a little further from the stand. And it comes with 2 magnets for needles and scissors, which is the only thing the StitchSmart doesn't have and could do with. I have added a couple of small magnets to the lamp arm. Very happy with this purchase.

 Easy to assemble and disassemble, making it very convenient for transportation. Adjustable height. Light - easy to carry around the house and very compact - doesn't need a lot of room and can fit almost everywhere. Rotating head - easy to get to the inner side of the cloth. Optional light and magnifier acessories - not entirely stable - it can be overturned with little effort. Has a slight tremor when using big frames (60 cm, 68 cm). All in all, I'm very satisfied with the stand. It's easy to use and has all the functions that I need. I'd suggest purchasing "helping hands" for all the frames as it is more comfortable to use them.
