"I have been having all my cross stitch supplies from Sew and So, for some years now, always next day delivery, and nothing has ever been substituted, or out of stock. I moved to France last year, but visit UK quite often, and have been ordering anything I needed when I was there. This time, however, I needed quite a few items, and, as we had no immediate plans to visit UK I asked for delivery to France.
The postage rate was reasonable, and even including this, I saved a substantial amount of money, just on the threads, and I would never have found the chart here.
We live in the middle of France, in the Charente region, and the area is very rural - if 4 cars come down our lane in a day, it's busy! We have no road name or number on the house. BUT, the yellow post van turned into the drive, and my Sew and So order was here 3 days after I ordered it, and I am very impressed indeed. Every item as ordered, as usual.
